    b. status of Crocker stand-alone VoIP device
    c. long term switch upgrade candidate: E7-2 r2  with AXOS, ONT upgrade candidate: GP4200AH ONT available later 2024, fits in same enclosure.
  5. Network redundancy against middle-mile outage.
