NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mount Washington Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to MGL 40A s. 5 on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at the Town Hall, 2 Plantain Pond Road at 6:00 PM to consider the application of Fred Lisanti at 354 West Street to add a second floor and addition to a garage, as well as adding a yoga studio to the new second floor of said garage, which is located within the front setback. A Special Permit is required in accordance with sections 215-4 G. 2 and 215-4 G 4a 1&2. The application may be viewed at the Town Hall during the Town Secretary’s office hours. Any person wishing to be heard on these matters should appear at the time and place designated.
