The Town of Mount Washington invites sealed bids from contractors for the ”East and West Street Paving FY 2020” Mount Washington Road Improvements.
Only those contractors who have been qualified and approved (or can be) by the MassDOT will be allowed to received Bid Proposal Packages.
Sealed Bids are due at the Mount Washington Town Hall by 12PM on November 27th, 2019 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked “East and West Street Paving FY 2020”. The Select Board is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any bid, to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Mount Washington.
