• Transfer Station review of hours and compliance problems.
• Egremont fire department assessment review and discuss.
• Highway Dept Matters: Continue discussion of management structure for Highway department, Superintendent, Citizen Committee. Current goals and projects. Review progress. Direction for Highway department for the next two weeks.
• Performance reviews for Highway Foreman, Town Secretary, Transfer Station Attendant
• Mount Washington Broadband Network issues – any updates, any problems to discuss. Application by J.P.Murphy for broadband service.
• Nicole Torrico to submit and discuss the required materials for a proposed Right-to-Farm bylaw.

Late Announcement from the Governor of Massachusetts

Yesterday the Baker-Polito Administration announced new COVID-19 public health emergency responses issuing new guidelines on travel and transportation.

Beginning March 27^th, all travelers arriving to Massachusetts are instructed to self-quarantine for 14 days.

Please be respectful of this order and arrange for out-of-home errands to be done by others. Contact the Mount Washington Board of Health or the Selectboard via email with any questions.  Thank you.

The board will be at the town hall and we will endeavor to create access remotely through
GoToMeeting

Instructions will be emailed to residents and posted on the town website if such access
becomes feasible

Any one who feels the need to come to the town hall for the meeting must observe CDC
Safety guidelines and if the board feels that an unsafe situation is developing the
meeting will be canceled
