Conservation Commission Public Hearing – June 15, 2020

TOWN OF MOUNT WASHINGTON Conservation Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, Wetlands Protection Act. The public hearing will be held via remote access in accordance with Governor Charlie Baker’s March 10th Executive Order suspending portions of the Open Meeting Law.  The Commission will consider a Notice of Intent for the Town of Mount Washington for a proposed culvert rehabilitation located at Cross Road, approximately 50 feet east of the Town Garage (Latitude 42.099170; Longitude -73.459904).
