2. Public Hearing (Continued) – Notice of Intent: Habitat Management Plan Joint Applicant DCR, The Nature Conservancy, Town of Mount Washington, Berkshire Natural Resources Council.
   1. Request to withdrawal application.
3. Public Hearing – Request for Determination of Applicability 526 East Street
   The Mount Washington Conservation Commission in accordance with MGL 131 S40 will hold a Public Hearing to review a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Stephen Kolbert regarding the property at 526 East Street (undeveloped land).
   Meeting will be held at Town Hall, 5/21/2024 at 7pm at Town Hall, 2 Plantain Pond Rd, Mount Washington, MA.  All interested parties are called to be present.  Scott Miller, Chair
