SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
TO VOTE ON THE
ZONING BYLAW PROPOSAL

TOWN HALL
Tuesday, April 6 @ 7 pm

Mount Washington will hold a Special Town Meeting to vote on the Planning Board’s final proposed reorganized, updated, and recodified Zoning Bylaw. Click here to review the Article and proposed Zoning Bylaw.

“A Guide for Reviewing the Proposed Zoning Bylaw” can be found in the Planning Board section of the Town website. As requested by attendees at the March 1 Public Hearing, the Guide includes an overview of changes, an annotated version of the Bylaw, and highlighted updates made since the Public Hearing.

Massachusetts requires all voting to take place in person, so this meeting will be held outdoors at Town Hall. All registered voters are encouraged to attend while socially distancing, and to bring their own chair if they prefer to sit. There will be very limited parking for those who prefer to remain in a car due to Covid or health concerns. All other parking will be on the street.
